Crossfit level 1
I’ve played football,basketball and ran track growing up I’ve also been doing crossfit for 8yrs. I’ve learned a lot along the way but most importantly there are no short cuts in fitness or in life but if you want to achieve your goals you have to work hard and be consistent.
The turning point in my life is when I had kids. I had to make a decision how I wanted to raise my children and the best way I could do that was by example. Show them if you are consistent and work hard you have a chance at anything you do in life.
I love being part of the journey of an athlete, helping them become better inside and outside of the gym.
