About Coach

My fitness journey started at a very young age. My father was your typical 80’s/90’s “Gold’s Gym Bro” so you can say I was raised in an athletic household. Some of my youngest memories are at my grandmas house hanging upside down on his fitness machines! This passion has always stuck with me growing up. In high school I excelled in cross country and track (sub 5 mile?! Gross), in college I excelled in keg stands and fire shots (what can I say it was college 🤷‍♂️), and now I thrive on helping others succeed and hit their fitness goals! Nothing is better than seeing a members face light up with then hit a sick PR!

Turning Point

My biggest turning point in life was 100% my coming out story. I kept a part of my life hidden from the world for a very long time which started to destroy me and I never thought I would be able to find a pure comfort in who I am. I was always intimidated to go to local gyms because I didn’t want to face judgement. I came to a breaking point where I just had to knock down those walls and live my full life. And thank god I did because it turns out I was my own worst enemy the entire time! I found this amazing community who loves and supports me for who I am and I would never give that up!!

Motivation & Passion

My purpose for coaching is for the people. Members, members, members…Nothing is more important to me than seeing the smiles of the community everyday! My goal as a coach is to make everyone laugh, feel welcomed and safe in every class. I am a very loud ball of energy and that’s what I bring every time I walk through the doors! You will know I am coaching from the parking lot 🤪😁
